AwakeTeams is a team learning platform that integrates a peer feedback algorithm to develop the social and emotional skills that increase engagement—and measure impact. AwakeTeams is purchased as an annual subscription for employees to participate in up to three, 3-month modules/year. Each three-month module develops one critical social social & emotional skill area and monthly reports track progress.
Social and emotional skills, often called “power skills” drive employee engagement and increase productivity by at least 20%. For engaged workplace teams, there is a reduction in turnover of 60%.
